Welcome to 8eef — Pakistan's premier licensed online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the 8eef website located at 8eef.org, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support features offered through the platform.

8eef is operated by a licensed online gaming entity regulated under applicable international gaming legislation. The platform is designed and operated specifically for the Pakistani market, offering native PKR transactions, local payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, and a sportsbook centred on PSL and international cricket.

By accessing the 8eef platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including guests browsing without a registered account, registered players, and VIP members at all tier levels.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

Access to and use of the 8eef platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on 8eef. This requirement is strictly enforced. 8eef reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where this requirement is not satisfied.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on 8eef. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by 8eef or any other gaming platform with which 8eef has a data-sharing arrangement.
• Own funds: You confirm that all funds deposited onto the platform are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of criminal or unlawful activity.

To access real-money gaming on 8eef, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account security is your responsibility. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. 8eef strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available free of charge through the account settings panel.

• You must notify 8eef immediately via live support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• 8eef is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• 8eef staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Accounts are linked to individual persons. Transferring, selling, or gifting account access to another individual is prohibited.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at other compliance-triggered checkpoints, 8eef will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and in some cases, proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

8eef processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR without currency conversion or additional platform-side fees, though your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction via all supported payment methods.
• Deposits: Subject to successful confirmation from your payment provider, deposits are typically credited to your 8eef account balance within minutes. In rare cases involving banking system delays, this may extend to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by the 8eef payments team. Standard processing time is approximately 30 minutes for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals on a new account, or withdrawals above a certain threshold, may require additional KYC review before release.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 8eef does not permit withdrawal to a third-party account or to a different individual's payment details.
• Bonus fund restrictions: Bonus funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been fully met in accordance with the specific promotion's terms.

8eef offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP-tier exclusive rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates for each game category are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account balance.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless otherwise specified by 8eef in writing.
• Abuse prevention: 8eef reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus if evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of promotional terms is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, low-variance wagering strategies designed to clear bonus requirements with minimal genuine risk.
• VIP Programme: Rewards issued under the 8eef Black Diamond VIP Programme are subject to additional VIP-specific terms communicated directly by your personal account manager or via the VIP portal.

All betting and gaming activity on 8eef is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or betting market. These rules are displayed within each game interface and on the relevant sportsbook market pages. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail for that game or market.

• Finality of results: Once a bet or wager is confirmed and the relevant game round or sporting event has concluded, the result is final and binding. 8eef will not reverse settled outcomes except where a manifest error has occurred (see below).
• Manifest errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, data feed error, or human error that results in a clearly incorrect price, payout, or outcome being displayed or settled, 8eef reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stakes. "Manifest error" means an error that would have been obvious to a reasonable person at the time the bet was placed.
• Cricket and PSL betting: All cricket betting markets, including PSL match betting, player performance markets, and in-play wagers, are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published on the 8eef sportsbook. Markets may be suspended or voided in the event of match abandonment, weather interruption, or other exceptional circumstances in accordance with those rules.
• Live in-play betting: Bets placed during live in-play events are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may move rapidly during in-play events and the odds displayed at the time of clicking "place bet" may differ from those confirmed due to latency.
• Maximum payouts: 8eef applies maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per sporting event. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook and in the relevant game interfaces. Winnings that exceed applicable limits will be paid up to the applicable maximum only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8eef platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider wagering on sporting events where you have access to non-public information.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using the platform in a manner that constitutes money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, RNG systems, or security infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8eef staff or other players through any communication channel available on the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited by local law, if you are aware of such a prohibition applicable to you personally.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all pending withdrawals and account balances, and referral of relevant information to appropriate legal and regulatory authorities.

8eef is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes all reasonable steps to prevent problem gambling behaviour on the platform. Gambling is intended to be entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a method of recovering financial losses, or a coping mechanism for personal difficulties.

8eef provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings panel at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure automatic pop-up notifications after a set period of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration) during which login is disabled.

Personal data collected by 8eef includes, but is not limited to, registration information, KYC documents, transaction history, gaming activity logs, device identifiers, and communications with support staff. This data is used to operate the platform, fulfil regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, personalise your experience, and administer the VIP programme.

8eef applies industry-standard security measures including 128-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention services as required for the lawful operation of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8eef's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8eef shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of account information due to events outside 8eef's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to acts of God, government action, civil unrest, or network outages.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security or from unauthorised access to an account that was facilitated by the player's own negligence.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits 8eef's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Player-initiated closure: You may close your 8eef account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following standard KYC checks.

8eef-initiated closure: 8eef reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any game-specific rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Detection of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion.

Where an account is closed by 8eef due to a breach of these Terms, 8eef reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation, and to permanently forfeit such balance where the breach is confirmed.

8eef reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8eef will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the website. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 8eef platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

8eef recommends that registered players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that may affect their rights and obligations on the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process may be referred to binding arbitration or an independent dispute resolution body as directed by 8eef's licensing authority.
